Urban Style Training - Five Moves For a Lean and Strong Core
Take a look at this quick and easy to follow Urban Style Routine that can get you in shape in no time. No equipment is needed but some rails will come handy to do your hanging leg lifts. It targets core muscles (abs, lower abs, obliques, upper and lower back) but the moves engage the full body. Perform four sets of each exercise in a circuit pattern using 45 seconds high and 15 seconds low interval timer.
